By using BetaStreets AI, you agree to the following:

1. Service Description

BetaStreets AI is an early-stage street visualisation platform that allows users to upload images and generate AI-enhanced street design concepts.

Outputs are illustrative and not engineering drawings.

2. User Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain security of your login
• Not share accounts

We may suspend accounts for misuse.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

• Some features require paid credits or subscription
• Credits are non-transferable
• Unused credits may expire (if you choose to enforce this)
• We may change pricing with notice

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of uploaded images.

BetaStreets AI retains rights to:

• Platform code
• Design assets library
• Branding

Generated images belong to the user for commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use automated bots
• Circumvent credit limits
• Attempt to create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs:

• Are conceptual visualisations
• May contain inaccuracies
• Must not be used as technical drawings or construction instructions

Users are responsible for verifying outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

BetaStreets AI is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

• Design decisions based on generated images
• Loss of revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate policies.
