This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for using BetaStreets AI (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Purpose of the Platform

BetaStreets AI is a street visualisation and AI-enhanced concept rendering platform intended for:

• Early-stage street design exploration
• Public consultation materials
• Urban design visualisation
• Concept communication

The Platform is not intended for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

2.1 Is Illegal

• Violates UK law or applicable international law
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains stolen or unauthorised material

2.2 Is Harmful or Offensive

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment or threatening material
• Sexually explicit material
• Violent or graphic imagery unrelated to legitimate street design use

2.3 Misrepresents Reality

You must not:

• Use generated outputs to intentionally mislead stakeholders
• Present AI imagery as approved or technically validated designs
• Create false representations of existing public infrastructure for deceptive purposes

3. Account & Credit Abuse

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits
• Use VPNs, proxy networks, or identity masking to bypass credit limits
• Share login credentials
• Attempt to manipulate billing systems
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of credit abuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property

You must:

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use
• Not upload copyrighted imagery without authorisation
• Not attempt to extract or replicate BetaStreets AI’s proprietary asset library

5. AI Misuse & System Integrity

You must not:

• Attempt prompt injection attacks
• Exploit vulnerabilities in AI rendering systems
• Attempt to access hidden prompts or backend configurations
• Upload malicious files or code
• Conduct penetration testing without written permission

6. Automated Access

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to generate renders
• Scrape data from the Platform
• Overload the system with excessive requests

Use of the Platform must remain within normal human usage patterns unless explicitly authorised.

7. Professional Responsibility

BetaStreets AI generates conceptual visualisations.

Users remain fully responsible for:

• Engineering validation
• Highway design compliance
• Local authority approval
• Safety standards

The Platform must not be used as a substitute for professional technical review.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Restrict access
• Report illegal activity to authorities

Serious breaches may result in permanent bans.

9. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
